We provide exclusively conversion rate optimisation services.
You either:
know exactly what you want to implement or test, but you don't know how, or you don't have time to do it.
don't know what you should do to increase your revenue per visitor and you need expert guidance.
In both case, we'll do it for you, with Intelligens.
You're not ready yet to start conversion rate optimization, but you still want expert eyes to fine-tune your website.
We take a close look at how people use your website to find what's slowing them down or stopping them from buying. Then we give you clear, practical steps to fix it and boost your conversions.
Not every test delivers equal impact.
We use the 80/20 principle to identify and prioritize the areas on your website with the highest potential of impact.
The 20% of changes that drive 80% of growth.
In CRO, the real advantage isn't just running tests, it's how fast you turn insights into action.
Growth comes from speed of learning.
The faster you test, analyze, and iterate, the harder it becomes for competitors to keep up.
Just a candid conversation, to understand your needs with no engagement.
Even if we don’t work together, you’ll walk away with valuable CRO insights.
Here is what you need to know
If you have less than ~10,000 visitors per month, don’t worry yet about A/B testing. You should still optimize your website though!
Between 10,000-100,000 visitors/month: You can run tests, but it’s a lot more difficult, you have to be highly strategic. You can test offers, free shipping threshold, upsells, or entire page redesign, such as your current PDP against a brand new design.
Once you get into 100,000+ visitors/month, you’re in a much better position: you can detect smaller lifts, run more tests per month, and segment traffic.
Keep in mind though, traffic doesn’t give the full picture. You also need to factor in your current CR & AOV. With the same traffic, a brand with a $5,000 AOV will naturally have far fewer orders than one with a $50 AOV. And fewer orders mean fewer data points, which makes A/B testing much harder.
Before running any test, it’s important to know where you’re good, and where you’re not.
Sometimes, one single page is leaking most of your traffic. So the first thing we do is look at where visitors drop off.
Then we check your qualitative insights: session recordings, surveys, and user behavior. That mix tells us what’s broken and why.
From there, we craft test hypotheses and prioritize them with our framework.
If something impacts revenue and is simple to fix, it goes first. Small wins compound fast.
The bigger, strategic tests come next, once we’ve fixed the obvious flaws.
It depends on how much traffic and data your brand already has.
Do you want certainty or confidence?
Most of our clients want confidence, so we focus on velocity. We run a lot of A/B tests. Some will be false positives, or false negatives. That’s fine.
The speed and volume of testing help us outlearn, and outperform, your competitors.
If you want certainty, we have to wait longer per test, and be even more strategic with prioritization.
With 300K+ sessions a month, a week is often enough to validate a test.
For lower-traffic brands, we focus on bigger, higher-impact experiments.
Most clients start seeing meaningful lifts within 30 to 90 days.
CRO isn’t a one-time sprint, it’s a compounding process. Every test teaches us something that makes the next one smarter, faster, and more profitable.
That’s how we build consistent, long-term growth.
CRO doesn’t print money overnight, it compounds.
Your ROI on our CRO services depends on your traffic, average order value, and how much friction we remove from the buying journey. But on average, our clients see a 5–15% lift in revenue per visitor within the first few months.
That’s the short-term ROI. The long-term one is knowledge.
Every test we run teaches your team what truly drives conversions for your brand, messaging, pricing, layout, offer, or psychology.
You keep those insights forever, even after a single test ends.
That’s how CRO pays off twice: first in results, then in understanding.
We operate on a fixed monthly retainer, no hourly billing, no revenue share, no percentage on performance. You can cancel anytime.
CRO is about consistency, and so is our model. You know exactly what you’re investing each month, and we focus on generating multiples of that through measurable uplifts in conversion rate and average order value.
Get in touch to know our current rate.
Yes, it’s higher than it was in 2023 or 2024. That’s because our results keep improving. But once you’re on board, your rate never changes. Loyalty has its benefits.
The brands that joined early still pay their original rate, and they’ll keep it for as long as they stay with us.
Easily.
If you already have a marketing team or agency, we simply become your CRO arm and turn your existing traffic and creative work into measurable growth.
We collaborate with whoever handles traffic, email, or design, so everyone stays aligned.
We share data, insights, and test results transparently, so your team learns from every experiment too.
Think of us as an extension of your growth stack, not another agency to manage.
Yes, we handle both.
We don’t just hand over ideas or test plans. Our team manages the full process, from concept and design to development and launch.
That means faster testing cycles, fewer handoffs, and results you can actually measure.
If your brand already has developers, we can collaborate directly with them. Otherwise, we take care of everything in-house, clean builds, tracked properly, and fully reversible after the test.
In short: you focus on growth, we handle the execution.
No, everything we do is built to work with your existing setup.
We make sure your analytics, pixel tracking, and ad attribution stay fully intact before running any test.
Our changes run in isolated environments, so they don’t break your data or disrupt campaign tracking.
We use Intelligems, exclusively.
It’s built for Shopify. Period.
Their team keeps shipping new features and adapting fast to Shopify’s ecosystem.
We want the most specialized solutions for our Shopify Plus clients, and Intelligems gives us exactly that.
By focusing on one platform, we’ve mastered every edge of it, content, offers, shipping, pricing, checkout.
Name it, we’ve tested it.
That focus means faster launches, fewer bugs, and data you can trust to make real growth decisions.
Yes, but only when it makes sense.
Running multiple tests in parallel can accelerate learning, but only if they don’t overlap or affect the same metrics.
We structure testing so every experiment runs clean, isolated, and statistically valid.
If two ideas target the same audience or page, we’ll run them sequentially.
If they’re independent, like two different markets, two landing pages, we’ll run them at the same time to keep velocity high.
The goal isn’t just speed. It’s reliable learnings you can actually trust to make decisions.
Simple.
You book a short intro call with Andy, so we can look at your site, understand your goals, and see if CRO actually makes sense for your brand.
If it does, we’ll map out your first testing opportunities and show you what working together would look like.
No long forms, no complicated onboarding, just a direct, transparent conversation.
